Do you accept insurance?

Yes! I accept Aetna, Cigna, Optum, United Healthcare, Oscar, Oxford and BCBS of Texas. If you are seeking couples therapy, this will be a private pay service.

How do I get started?

I am happy that you are ready to take the first step in advocating for your or your families mental health. Feel free to complete my request for a free 15 minute consultation or call my office at 817-618-0600. If we feel that we are a good fit, I will then send you an email to create your client portal for you to read and sign consent forms.

Do you have virtual and in person sessions?

I offer both in person and virtual sessions. My in person sessions are located in Fort Worth Texas only on Saturdays currently.

What is your fee?

My out of network fees are $150 for individuals and $175 for couples. I do offer short term sliding scale opportunities for those in need and without insurance.

Do you offer support group opportunities?

I currently offer a perinatal mom peer support group held in person on select Saturdays of the month.
